yeah.. finally ended our course.. so happy.. todae quite enjoy.. morning prepare our presentation.. then lunch at another bulding de cantteen.. ate chinese mixed rice and coke.. aft tat back to continue our preparation.. waited very long for our turn.. hav some riddles wif rayson.. finally our turn but is go role-play the dialling of debtors.. very sway kena by khar fai.. very unreasonable type of cust.. one funny thing tat happens.. debtors is rayson and collector is one of our group members.. nv put unavailable so keep dialling to him.. he very flare-up, so when he pick up the phone, he says,'can u pls stop calling'.. but the call is the real cust lor.. we all laugh... haha.. serve him rgt.. then he explain to tat caller tat we r having role-play and transfer the call... aft tat he is very careful le..hahaha... then go for our presentation.. we hav added role-play too.. alan say our grp is good.. then ma ma lum came..aft completing the feedback form then go hm.. took bus 14 then 32 again.. thought will be very fast but the travel time is the same as 197 lor.. our grp is the 2nd grp to end.. end at 4pm..
